These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://adung.top and the YouTube Adung Commercial desktop application, provided by Adung ("we", "us", "our"), an independent software startup based in Vietnam.
By downloading, installing, purchasing a license, or using any part of YouTube Adung Commercial, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Software Grant & Commercial License
Subject to these Terms, Adung grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the binary executable version of YouTube Adung Commercial on compatible Windows operating systems (64-bit).
- Hardware ID Binding: Each active license is bound to one designated physical machine (HWID). Re-binding a license to a replacement workstation is available upon contacting support.
- Commercial Production Rights: All analytical outputs, keyword catalogs, video outlines, and scripts produced using the software belong entirely to you and may be utilized for personal or commercial YouTube channels and production studios.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to utilize YouTube Adung Commercial exclusively in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the application or its license protection mechanisms.
- Distribute, resell, rent, lease, or publicly share unauthorized license keys or bypass crack loaders.
- Deploy the software for unauthorized abusive scraping, denial of service (DoS), or mass spamming that violates platform policies.
3. Third-Party APIs, Platform Compliance & YouTube Terms
YouTube Adung Commercial empowers creators by orchestrating external third-party APIs (including YouTube Data API v3, Anthropic Claude API, and Google Gemini API). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Platform Compliance & Fair Use: Adung processes creator-selected public or authorized content and metadata strictly for research and analysis. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable platform policies.
- You provide your own API credentials where requested and are responsible for adherence to the respective third-party terms of service and billing policies.
- Adung is not responsible for any rate limiting, API quota exhaustion, or policy changes enacted by external platforms.
4. Free Trial & Subscription Terms
- 3-Day Trial: We offer a 100% free 3-day trial license so you can thoroughly evaluate all premium features before committing to a paid license.
- License Activation: Once activated, licenses are valid for the designated subscription term (Weekly, Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime as agreed).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in and to YouTube Adung Commercial, its documentation, branding, and website assets remain the exclusive property of Adung and its founder.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adung disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that video scripts generated by AI will guarantee specific viewership numbers or algorithmic virality, as YouTube ranking algorithms operate independently.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Adung or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
